Thank you for using Invity.ai (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how Invity (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Invity.ai, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our iOS mobile application. This Policy applies globally and is intended to satisfy applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, and other major privacy frameworks. By using the App you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

Purpose: We provide an AI-powered invitation design tool that helps users create, customize, share, and export invitation cards. This Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, how long we retain it, and the rights available to you.
Information We Collect
We collect Personal Data, Usage and Technical Data, and certain content you submit to the App for the purpose of generating designs.
Personal Data (collected directly from you)
- Name (e.g., event hosts, invitee names you save to an account or templates) - Email address (for account creation, login, receipts, and support) - Optional profile details you add to your account or designs
Content & Input Data (what you enter into the App)
- Event details and design prompts (names, dates, venues, messages, and any text and images you include in designs) - Files and images you upload for use in a design
Usage Data & Technical Data
- Device information (device model, OS version, language) - Log data (IP address, crash reports, timestamps, usage events and app performance metrics) - App settings and preferences (template selections, editing choices, language)
Payment & Transaction Data
- We do not directly collect full payment card details. In‑app purchases (credits, one-time purchases) are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (apple_iap). We may store purchase receipts, transaction IDs, purchase timestamps, and subscription/consumable status needed to deliver purchased features.
Sensitive Data
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., health, financial account numbers, government identification, racial or ethnic data). Do not submit sensitive personal data into the App. See the AI section below for additional guidance.
How We Use Your Information
We process your information to operate and improve the App, provide services, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases (where applicable) include consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and legal compliance.
To provide and operate the App and its features (account creation, design generation, save/export/share, licensing of purchased credits).
To generate AI-powered designs using your prompts and content.
To process in-app purchases and provide purchase receipts and support.
To communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, and support requests.
To improve the App, debug, analyze usage, measure performance, and detect fraud or abuse.
To personalize your experience and store your preferences (language, templates).
For safety, legal compliance, and to enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
For marketing communications only with your consent (you may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or through account settings).
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We use third-party services to provide parts of the App’s functionality. We share limited data with these providers only as necessary for them to perform their services.

What we share:
To AI providers (OpenAI, Google AI): the text prompts, images, and other content you submit that are necessary to generate designs. We may also transmit limited metadata (language, device, anonymized identifiers) to facilitate service.
To Apple: purchase receipts and necessary transaction identifiers to validate purchases; Apple handles payment information.
To service providers and processors (if any): technical logs, support-related information, and data needed to perform hosting, backup, and customer support tasks.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not serve third‑party advertising.
AI‑Powered Features — Important Disclosures
The App uses AI services (OpenAI and Google AI) to generate invitation content and design suggestions based on the prompts and materials you provide.
When you submit text prompts, names, dates, venue details, images, or other content for AI generation, that content may be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI and Google AI in order to produce results. These providers may retain and use the data as described in their privacy policies.
Do not include highly sensitive personal data (e.g., government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health data) in prompts or uploads. We aim to minimize the inclusion of personal data sent to AI providers, but you are responsible for the content you submit.
We implement technical and administrative measures to restrict the unnecessary disclosure of personal data to AI providers, but using the AI features implies you consent to this processing.
Data Retention
We retain information as follows:
Account and profile data: retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after account deletion or prolonged inactivity, unless otherwise requested to be deleted.
Content you create (designs, uploaded images): retained while your account is active. If you delete a design or your account we will remove it from active systems and, subject to backups and legal obligations, permanently delete it within 90 days.
Transaction records and receipts: retained for up to 7 years for tax, accounting, and fraud prevention purposes unless otherwise required by law.
Log data and analytics: retained for up to 24 months in aggregated or pseudonymized form to analyze usage and improve the App.
Backups: may persist for up to 90 days for disaster recovery.
If you request deletion of your account or personal data we will (subject to verification and applicable law) delete your personal data from production systems within 30 days and remove backups within 90 days, except where retention is necessary for legal obligations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Measures include:
Transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit.
Access controls and authentication for personnel and systems.
Encryption of stored data where appropriate.
Regular security assessments and patch management.
No system is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data breach that creates a risk to you, we will follow applicable law regarding notification and mitigation.
Children’s Privacy (COPPA)
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as required by law.
If you are under 13, do not use the App or provide any personal information.

We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. We aim to respond to verified requests within 30 days. If legally permitted, we may take longer and will notify you.
For EU residents, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For California residents, you may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf.
Opt-out and Marketing Preferences
Marketing emails: you may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in marketing emails or contacting invityai@forvibe.app.
If you have account settings to control communications or processing, please use those settings.
In‑App Purchases, Billing & Refunds
All purchases (credits, one-time purchases) are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple handles payment processing and stores payment card details; we do not receive full credit card numbers or payment credentials from Apple.
We save purchase receipts and transaction identifiers to validate purchases and deliver credits or purchased features.
Refund policy: We offer a 14-day refund period. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund and billing policies; please contact Apple Support and us (invityai@forvibe.app) to request assistance. Consumable in-app purchases may be non‑refundable where consumed, subject to applicable law and Apple’s policies.
We do not currently offer subscriptions with auto‑renewal. If we introduce auto‑renewable subscriptions in the future, we will disclose renewal, billing, and cancellation terms clearly and obtain any required consent.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored and processed in countries outside your country of residence (including the United States) where our service providers operate. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers (e.g., contractual protections, standard contractual clauses). By using the App and submitting information, you consent to such transfers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the App. If material changes are made, we will provide notice through the App and/or by email and update the “Effective date” at the top of this Policy. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
